Dr. Andrson holds a doctor of philosophy in Educational Psychology and has over 40 years of experience as an educator. She is the author of the Book - Climbing Every Mountain:  Barriers, Opportunities and Experiences of Jamaican Students with Disabilities in their Pursuit of Personal Excellence.

Dr. Barbara Matalon is a consultant psychologist, a board member of the Special Olympics, an author, and a retired professor and applied researcher at the University of the West Indies.
